Balance is such a hard thing to find! It’s maybe not so much the balance between all things, but how it’s applied in life. For me, I am a person that is always busy and on the move, but I try to find ways to improve a balance between everything that happens in my life. My health is something that is very important to me, which is why I try to make sure I don’t sacrifice it too much. Sometimes it can be easy to eat unhealthy when you are busy, so I try to make time for me to cook healthy and have time for myself, some call it self-love but I call it unlocking your best self!

First, I would suggest taking care of your emotional health first. Try to figure out what makes you truly happy. We are often times are the most critical people of our health. If we are not feeling well or unwell, it shows in the decisions that we make, the quality of our relationships and our work. It becomes impossible to reach our full potential if we don’t take care of ourselves first. It might sound obvious but it’s just as important as your physical health.

Next, I would recommend getting more active. Whether it’s going for a run, hitting the gym or even just getting up and moving around more, there is no better way

to take care of your body than by actually engaging in physical activity. Not only is exercise good for your overall health but it can also help you manage stress and anxiety.

Lastly, I would encourage you to tune into your body’s wisdom by learning how to self-nurture. Take some time for yourself and do something that makes you feel good on the inside like reading a book or cooking a meal for yourself. It doesn’t matter if you can’t do it all at once, start with one thing and see how it makes you feel when you’re finished with it.
